Pneumatic conveying technology
This mobile grain suction machine is designed for mechanized operations in locations such as farms, docks, railway stations, and large grain depots. It handles vehicle loading and unloading, silo filling and emptying, grain turning and restacking, as well as applications in grain processing, feed production, and beer brewing. Its flexible layout, easy mobility, wide operating range, and high conveying capacity significantly reduce labor and material-handling costs.
As a new type of agricultural and industrial machine, it uses airflow to convey bulk granular materials such as wheat, corn, soybeans, rice, feed, and plastics. Its piping configuration can transport materials horizontally, on an incline, or vertically.

The entire unit is mounted on a mobile chassis with an electric drive system for self-propulsion.

The integrated electronic control system manages automatic vehicle positioning and wireless motorized lifting and rotation of the suction pipe. Built-in fault detection and troubleshooting support automatic recovery or self-protection for stable, reliable operation.
A flexible suction hose on the discharge side collects residual grain around the vehicle or beyond the reach of the main cantilever arm.
All grain-conveying pipes, vessels, and critical internal surfaces receive specialized treatment to maximize wear resistance and flow velocity while minimizing friction and grain breakage. Testing indicates a wheat breakage rate below 0.3%.
Intelligent control of the entire unit minimizes manual labor requirements.
An integrated pulse dust collector effectively filters dust entering the blower, extending machine service life while keeping dust emissions compliant with national standards.
The machine transports powdery or granular materials from one location to another through pipelines using airflow. A positive-displacement Roots blower and airlock feeder maintain a sealed system that enables both negative-pressure suction and material delivery.
The air-source unit is located at the end of the system. As the blower runs, negative pressure draws air and material into the pipeline and toward the separator. The separator removes the material from the air; a rotary discharge valve releases the material, while the air passes through a pulse dust collector for purification, then through the blower and silencer before being exhausted to the atmosphere.
